Our Process
Volunteer With Leap Impact Consulting
We come alongside small faith and community organisations in the UK and internationally—helping them become funding-ready, systems-ready, and impact-ready. If you’ve got skills and a heart for community, we’d love to work with you
Our Process
Remote-friendly • Student placements welcome • Flexible hours • Meaningful projects
WHY VOLUNTEER WITH LIC?
Grassroots leaders often carry huge responsibility with tiny teams. Sometimes they have the vision—but not the capacity, systems, or funding support to keep going consistently. That’s where you come in.
When you volunteer with LIC, you’re not just “helping admin.” You’re helping strengthen the backbone of community work—so people don’t fall through the cracks.
What you’ll gain
- Real experience you can put on your CV/LinkedIn.
- Portfolio evidence (where appropriate).
- Mentoring and guidance from experienced charity/social impact professionals.
- A reference letter (for volunteers who complete an agreed placement period).
- The joy of seeing your skills become practical support for communities.
