Black & Under-Represented Professionals

The Leadership & Mentorship Hub is a space for Black and under-represented professionals in the charity and social-impact sector who are “leading from the middle” – holding responsibility, influence and pressure, often without the title.

If you’ve ever felt like you carry the work but not the job title, this Hub is for you. Through mentorship, leadership coaching for Black professionals, and peer spaces, we create room to reflect, be honest and grow.

For Mentees

If you’re an emerging or mid-career professional and you’d value a sounding board, this Hub is for you.

You might be:

  • stepping into a new role or more responsibility.
  • the “go-to” person in your team, but unsure how to navigate power and boundaries
  • exploring leadership but not yet in a formal leadership post.

As a mentee, you’ll receive:

  • 1:1 mentorship for an agreed period (e.g. 3 months).
  • Access to leadership conversations and Q&A sessions.
  • Gentle accountability around your goals.
  • Space to talk honestly about race, faith, culture and identity in the sector.

For Mentors

We’re always looking for senior and mid-level leaders who are passionate about sharing their journey with the next generation.

As a mentor, you will:

  • Support one mentee through regular 1:1 conversations
  • Offer practical insight on navigating the sector and leading well
  • Be invited to mentor briefings and peer circles with other mentors

Leadership Coaching & Group Programmes

Alongside mentoring, we’re developing a small number of paid leadership-coaching and group programmes especially for Black professionals in the charity and social-impact space. These may include small group coaching cohorts, themed workshops, and a “Leaders Who Leap” interview series with sector leaders.
