What We Help You With

STEP 1
Funding Snapshot & Clarifying Call
We start with a simple Funding Snapshot – a few honest questions online – and then, if it looks like a good fit, a short call to talk like humans, not just application forms
- Your organisation and the community you serve
- The project or programme you’re seeking funding for
- Where things currently stand (past bids, current funders, internal capacity)
- Any specific trusts, foundations or public funders you’re targeting
From there, we’ll recommend the best level of support and whether we’re the right partner for you.
STEP 2
Funding Readiness & Charity Funding Strategy
In a Funding Readiness & Discovery Phase, we take a structured look at your organisation and funding history, including:
- Governance, finances and key documents
- Track record of fundraising and grant applications
- Impact data, stories and learning
- Capacity, systems and infrastructure to manage funding
You’ll come away with an honest picture of where you are now and a roadmap for the next 3–5 years of funding.
STEP 3
Application & Delivery Support
When you’re ready to apply, we can:
- Co-design your case for support and application narratives, drawing out evidence and stories from your work
- Provide line-by-line review and feedback on drafts your team or a bid writer has prepared
- Help you answer tricky questions around outcomes, learning and sustainability
- Coordinate specialist bid writers from your own network or ours, including briefing, quality assurance and deadlines
- Create simple reporting and impact templates so you’re ready when funding lands

Best if you’re already delivering impact and need a clear, reusable Case for Support plus a small number of realistic funders to focus on.
Level 3 – Funding Partnership: Applications & Capacity
Best if you’re reasonably “ready” and want support planning, strengthening and coordinating applications over an agreed period.
